About Brass Eagle Tattoo
Founded by longtime tattooer Zach Dole, Brass Eagle Tattoo was built on two core values: professionalism and respect. Located in the heart of Peoria, Illinois’ historic warehouse district, our shop was created to bring you solid, timeless tattooing. From the moment you walk through the door to the final bandage, our goal is to give you an enjoyable and safe experience every time.
At Brass Eagle Tattoo, our inspiration is rooted in the bold lines and timeless imagery of American traditional tattooing. From the iconic eagles, anchors, and pin-ups of Sailor Jerry, to the bold Midwestern influence of artists like our friend, Tim Beck, we honor the pioneers who helped shape tattooing into the art form it is today. Our team carries that legacy forward—combining respect for tradition with the skill and creativity to design tattoos that stand the test of time. Whether you’re looking for a classic flash piece or a custom design, our work reflects the same spirit and craftsmanship that made traditional tattooing legendary.
Our Artists
Each of our artists brings their own specialty—ranging from bold traditional and neo-traditional work to intricate tribal patterns and fine-line designs. While their styles are different, they share the same commitment: creating tattoos you’ll be proud to wear for life.
Flash & Custom Work
Not sure what you want? Our walls are lined with classic flash designs ready to go. You can pick a timeless design straight from the wall or work with an artist to develop something completely custom that reflects your style.
